Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your package back. A flat rate return shipping fee of $9.99 will apply. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

At ClutchPaw, all products are eligible for returns within the 30 day return period as long as they meet the return conditions listed above.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and place a separate order for the new product once your return has been approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
